The present invention relates to a food tool such as a spoon or a ladle used to eat or carry food, and more specifically, relates to a food tool for a diet, which can be bent to create difficulty in using the food tool or give a visual warning to a user when food with a predetermined weight or more is contained in the food tool, thereby leading the user to eat only a predetermined amount or less of food to achieve the desired diet effect. A structure where a front head part is detachably assembled with a rear part is applied to the food tool. Therefore, a plurality of front head parts each having a different weight reference allowing the food tool to be bent may be replaced. Moreover, a depth of the front head part, which is inserted into and detachably coupled with the rear part, is adjusted such that the weight reference allowing the food tool to be bent can be adjusted with one front head part according to a need. The front head part and the rear part can be assembled with each other through a separate elastic coupling medium positioned between the front head part and the rear part. Therefore, the weight reference allowing the front head part to be bent can be adjusted by replacing only the elastic coupling medium in a state where the front head part and the rear part are originally used. |
