PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material improved in adhesiveness and mechanical strength, which is composed of a continuous carbon fiber and a matrix resin containing a modified polyolefin-based resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material which is composed of a continuous carbon fiber and a matrix resin containing a modified polyolefin-based resin, wherein the modified polyolefin-based resin is obtained by graft modification of a polyolefin-based resin with a monomer containing an ethylenic double bond and a polar group in the same molecule and an aromatic vinyl compound or a conjugated diene-based compound. |
