PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing member that can suppress a developer from entering the gap between a housing and a sealing member sealing the space between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the outer peripheral surface of a rotation shaft, a developing device including the bearing member, and a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus including the developing device.SOLUTION: A bearing member 70 includes a housing 71 that has a bearing part 73 rotatably supporting a rotation shaft 5a of a rotating body, and a first sealing member 74 that is press-fit to the hollow inside of the housing to seal the space between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft, and is provided in a developing case 3 storing developer. The bearing member 70 further has a second sealing member 75 provided on the opposite side to the bearing part across the first sealing member in the axial direction of the housing for sealing the gap between the housing and the first sealing member.
