<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition excellent in abrasion resistance, cold resistance and moldability by using non-lead-based components and realize efficient production of an insulation coated wire having thin and narrow diameter suitable for automobiles.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride resin composition contains 100 pts.mass of polyvinyl chloride, 24 to 28 pts.mass of a plasticizer, 4 to 10 pts.mass of a non-lead-based thermal stabilizer and 0.2 to 0.5 pt.mass of a non-lead-based lubricant consisting of oxydation type modified polyethylene wax having an average molecular weight of 2600 to 3200. By extrusion molding of the resin composition with a linear conductor, an insulation coated wire which the linear conductor is coated by an insulation member formed by the resin composition is obtained.</p> |
