PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge water heat recovery device which is excellent in maintenance and enables efficient heat exchange between supply water and discharge water.SOLUTION: A discharge water heat recovery device 50 comprises: a connection tubular part 53 in which an inner hollow part 53A becomes a discharge water channel 51; and a main body tubular part 54 which is disposed while a supply water channel 52 faces an inner peripheral surface 54B, and in which a space 54A inside the supply water channel becomes the discharge water channel. The connection tubular part is connected to both ends in a shaft direction of the main body tubular part. An inner diameter D3 of the main body tubular part is formed so that an inner diameter D2 of the discharge water channel formed inside the supply water channel arranged in a spiral shape and an inner diameter D1 of the connection tubular part become substantially the same.
