A data transmission method and a communication device. The method comprises: determining a first transmission mode of a first physical channel, the first transmission mode being a mode of data transmission on the first physical channel; and determining a second transmission mode of a second physical channel according to the first transmission mode, the second transmission mode being a mode of data transmission on the second physical channel. A transmission mode of a physical channel different from a first physical channel can be determined according to a transmission mode of the first physical channel, so as to employ different transmission modes for different channels. |
