Provided is a conductive resin molding which has a three-dimensional network structure and which is suitable for manufacturing a porous aluminum body in which only a small amount of moisture is adsorbed. The conductive resin molding has a conductive layer which is formed on the surface of a resin molding skeleton having a three-dimensional network structure, the conductive layer containing at least carbon black and carboxymethyl cellulose as essential components. The conductive layer is preferably a layer formed by applying a carbon coating material which comprises at least carbon black, carboxymethyl cellulose and water to the surface of the resin molding skeleton, and thereafter drying the coating, said carbon coating material having a viscosity of 100 to 600mPa·s.
