摘要 The present invention addresses the problems of developing a system for artificially synthesizing various peptides having an azole-derived skeleton, and developing a library of said peptides. The present invention provides a method for producing a peptide having an azole-derived skeleton in the main chain, said method comprising: a step for synthesizing a peptide substrate of an azolin skeleton-introducing enzyme, said peptide including at least one of the illustrated amino acids in the modified region thereof [in all of the compounds: X1 represents a group selected from the group comprising SH, OH, NH2, SR1, OR1, NHR1 and N3 (wherein R1 is a protective group; X2 represents a readily-eliminated group; and X3 represents hydrogen, or a C1-10 alkyl group or aryl group that may have a substituent]; a step for obtaining a peptide having an azolin-derived skeleton produced by reacting the aforementioned peptide substrate with the azolin skeleton introducing enzyme; and a step for transforming the azolin-derived skeleton to an azole-derived skeleton by inducing an HX2 elimination reaction of the X2 group in the peptide having the azolin-derived skeleton.
