The present invention relates to the field of communications. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a resource application method, device and system for reducing the interference on data transmission during device to device (D2D) data transmission and increasing the accuracy of data transmission. The user equipment (UE) comprises: a receiving unit (101) for receiving the information of a first resource pool transmitted by a first device, the first resource pool comprising at least one resource block; a determination unit (102) for determining the status information of the at least one resource block; and a transmitting unit (103) for transmitting the resource application information to the first device; the receiving unit (101) is also used for receiving the information of an idle resource block allocated to the UE by the first device. The present invention is suitable for a UE conducting D2D communication. |
