The present invention relates to a structure to assemble and install a door type sign. The present invention enables a sign to rapidly and accurately be installed without a bad influence due to wind pressure and vibration generated from a vehicle passing on a highway during an installation of the sign to install the door type sign indicating a direction for traffic guidance on the highway. The present invention is composed of an upper frame and both side main columns configuring the sign. A fitting recessed portion is respectively formed inside the upper frame and both side lower end supports, and a fitting protrusion corresponding to the fitting recessed portion of the upper frame protrudes from each upper surface of the main column to be coupled in a mutual fitting method to be assembled and configured.
