The present invention relates to a clamping device for connecting a flange pipe, which enables sealing efficiency of a flange connection point to be great through a sealing coupling member mounted on an outer circumference of a flange unit, and which enables connection of a flange pipe to maintain a higher coupling force by a coupling means coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the sealing coupling member. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a sealing coupling member wherein a pair of semicircular members are coupled at both sides of a pipe body to be coupled to an end portion of an outer circumference of the flange unit of the pipe body which is face-to-face connected, and an accommodating groove is formed to maintain a coupling state of both sides of the flange unit as the flange unit is accommodated in the inside; and a coupling means providing a pipe connection coupling force as both end portions opposite each other are detachably coupled by surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the sealing coupling member coupled with the semicircular members.
