Embodiments of the present invention provide a wireless network data processing device and a wireless network system. The wireless network system of the present invention comprises: a centralized network control network element (SNC) for performing a centralized control function, an entrance network element for performing matching on data flow processing rules and a function node network (FNN) for performing a user plane function. The FNN comprises at least one function node (FN). Both the entrance network element and the FN are in communication connection with the SNC. The more than one FN are connected to each other directly or through an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The SNC is specifically used for realizing a control plane function of the wireless network system. The entrance network element is specifically used for performing rule matching and attaching tags to data packets. The FN is specifically used for performing one or a combination of data processing and data forwarding according to the tags. The embodiments of the present invention solve the problem of poor scalability of a wireless network and low communication efficiency caused by functional constraints in and between various network devices.
