PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new nitrogen-containing heterocycle compounds effective for P2Y12 receptor-mediated disorders, especially for arterial thrombosis and coronary artery disease; and to provide pharmaceutical compositions containing the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to deuterium-substituted triazolopyrimidine compounds expressed by the following formula, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The deuterium-substituted triazolopyrimidine compounds have an effect of reducing cytochrome Pisoform or monoamine oxidase isoform in the subject, and a deleterious change in a hepatobiliary function endpoint, as compared to non-isotopical compounds.
