PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a turbo compressor including one or more turbo compressor elements each having an inlet and an outlet, which saves energy in transition from the whole load or partial load to a zero load or transition from the zero load to the whole load or partial load.SOLUTION: A control method of a compressor 1 including a compressor element 2 performs a process A including the steps of: reducing inlet pressure in transition from the whole load or partial load to a zero load; and reducing speed and/or driving torque, and/or performs a process B including the steps of: increasing speed or driving torque in transition from the zero load to the whole load or partial load; and increasing inlet pressure.
