PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for achieving even heat dispersion, while using an existing heater mat for repair and joint of members. ! SOLUTION: A heat dispersion apparatus 10 has a bag 12 for sealing liquid 11 therein, and is disposed on a second surface 202 of a heater mat 20 having a first surface 201 facing a heating object, and the second surface 202 positioned on an opposite side of the first surface 201.
