<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear plant device with dummy load.SOLUTION: When a power transmission side is almost normal, and when a power receiving side such as a power transmission line is broken, because decay heat is absorbed at the power transmission side, many failure modes including a pump or the like are provided. Therefore an emergency system is not needed, and the power receiving side uses an electric heater which is a sea water putting type, and means such as a switch which can be operated by human power and a mechanical component which human power cannot handle is not required. The power transmission side does not have to have an emergency measure, and a nuclear plant device can be stopped in a normal stop step.</p> |
