When the storage capacity of the electricity storage device (120) falls below a first threshold value and then increases, and the storage capacity reaches the first threshold value, the first switching unit (310) turns on, and the first switching unit (310) supplies electricity to the transmission control units (220, 220A, 220B, 220C), and when the storage capacity reaches a second threshold value which is higher than the first threshold value, the second switching unit (320) turns on, and the second switching unit (320) supplies electricity to the transmission units (240, 240A). |
