METHODS AND DEVICES FOR DATA FLOW CONTROL IN A COMMUNICATION NETWORK

There is provided a method for controlling a data flow between a first and a second part of a communication network comprising at least one mobile communication device. The method is performed by a control node of the communication network being arranged in a path of the data flow to be controlled. The method comprises the steps of receiving information data about the status of the at least one mobile communication device from an application comprised on a srnartcard in the at least one mobile communication device; evaluating the data flow in combination with the received information data; and controliing the data flow between the first part of the communication network and the second part of the communication network based on said evaluation.
