SIMULTANEOUS ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR FILTRATION AND WASHING AT PORE CONTROLLABLE FIBER FILTER

The present invention relates to a pore adjusted filtering device for simultaneously performing filtering and washing by a rotating caterpillar and a fiber yarn bunch. A caterpillar (4) coupled with a cylinder and a caterpillar pin through a support (19) on an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical container (6) having a screw (7) installed therein, and a fiber yarn bunch (10) coupled with each factor central hole of the caterpillar by being inserted in a fiber yarn bunch support rod (1) are rotated at a regular speed along with the cylindrical container by means of a cylindrical motor (9-1) connected with the cylindrical container and a caterpillar horizontal rotation axis (18-2). Pores of the fiber yarn bunch is adjusted to perform filtering by means of a fiber yarn bunch support sieve (11) tightened by being closely disposed with the cylindrical container in a lower part of the cylindrical container. In an upper part of the cylindrical container, pores of a fiber yarn bunch are extended and vibrated by means of a spring (2), a vibrating device (3), and a spraying device (15), and washing is performed by shaking off contaminants through washing water discharged from the sprayer (16). Thus, the pore adjusted filtering device of the present invention can ceaselessly produce treatment water in a large-scale industrial process or a large-capacity sewage treatment plant. Moreover, the device is effective in separating and filtering microalgae continuously cultured and having a high concentration of particle material, removing turbidity of a nonpoint contaminants, pretreating sewage to reuse the same, pretreating a lake or a water supply source where algae are grown, and being used for a high turbidity removing and moving water filtering device.
