The present invention relates to a concrete structure installed in a waterway through which water flows under a manhole. The waterway has a laying groove of a predetermined size formed in a position corresponding to the manhole. The concrete structure comprises: a filtering hole which is inserted and installed in the laying groove, includes a predetermined space formed therein, and has an opened upper portion; and a wing which is extended to a side along an upper edge of the filtering hole and hung on the waterway, and protrudes less than the upper surface of the waterway. The concrete structure makes the flow of water constant as waste, which is the cause for clogging a road drain, is not accumulated on a lower portion of the drain. In addition, as waste in the drain can periodically be cleaned within a short period of time, the generation of odor is reduced and a reverse flow of water is prevented; thereby improving the appearance of a road. |
