PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter of signals with multiple code blocks.SOLUTION: The transmitter comprises: a first CRC calculator for generating a first CRC for a transport block of data and attaching the first CRC to the transport block of data; a separator for segmenting the transport block of data including the first CRC into a plurality of code blocks; a second CRC calculator for generating a second CRC for at least one of the plurality of code blocks and attaching the second CRC to at least one of the plurality of code blocks; and an encoder for encoding the data bits of the plurality of code blocks.
