PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent wheel for a projector having a new structure that is hardly damaged even with a phosphor layer having a reduced thickness, a manufacturing method of the same, and a light-emitting device for a projector.SOLUTION: A fluorescent wheel for a projector includes: a phosphor layer 11 that has a first principal plane 11a and a second principal plane 11b located on the opposite side of the first principal plane 11a, and is excited by the incidence of excitation light to emit fluorescence; a first glass layer 12 that is provided on the first principal plane 11a of the phosphor layer 11; and a second glass layer 13 that is provided on the second principal plane 11b of the phosphor layer 11. |
