PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch dial having a solar cell, visually recognized as if a pattern is carved in a non-resin material, such as a shellfish and capable of improving deterioration of cost and yield. ! SOLUTION: A watch dial having a solar cell comprises: a resin substrate 20 transmitting visible light, having a pattern area having an uneven pattern 4a and 4b formed on the rear surface and having a smooth area having a smooth surface formed in at least a part of an area overlapped with the pattern area out of the surface; and a decorative plate 21 transmitting light contributing to the power generation of the solar cell, arranged on the rear surface side of the resin substrate without being bonded with the resin substrate in the pattern area and having at least a part of a portion faced to the pattern area and formed of a non-resin material. !
