PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frequency control time of a reference signal in an apparatus.SOLUTION: In a generation device disposed on an output device 10, a measurement period setting unit 13 sets a plurality of measurement set periods in which each period has a time length TL2 and the start timing of each period mutually deviates by a time T1 smaller than the time length TL2. Also, a correction value calculation unit 15 calculates, in regard to a second measurement period excluding a first measurement period among a plurality of measurement periods, a second correction value for the second measurement period, on the basis of a difference frequency calculated for the second measurement period. Then, the correction value calculation unit 15 calculates a first correction value for the second measurement period, on the basis of the calculated second correction value for the second measurement period, and a first correction value for each third measurement period which has completion timing within the second measurement period. |
