This blower has a wind direction-changing section provided with a rotation shaft (6) in a longitudinal direction of an air outlet. The wind direction-changing section is divided in the longitudinal direction into two and has a first wind direction-changing section (5a) and a second wind direction-changing section (5b). In addition, the first wind direction-changing section (5a) and the second wind direction-changing section (5b) each have a plurality of air deflectors (12) attached to the rotation shaft (6) and tilted in the same angle. Further, the first wind direction-changing section (5a) and the second wind direction-changing section (5b) can be independently rotated, thereby controlling a wind direction. Accordingly, the wind direction can be changed toward a longitudinal direction of an air outlet in addition to wind directions marked as "Concentration" AND "Dispersion".
