MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ONION PEEL EXTRACT HAVING ANTI-THROMBUS EFFECT

According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of an anion peel extract comprises the steps of: drying onion peel after washing the same; bathing an onion peel mixture for 4-6 hours mixed with a weight ratio of onion peel to ethanol of 1:18-23 by crushing the onion peel; shaking the bathed onion peel mixture for 20-40 minutes with a vortex mixer; primarily separating the supernatant by centrifuging the shaken onion peel mixture for 8-12 minutes; secondarily separating the supernatant by mixing with the weight ratio of the supernatant separated onion peel mixture and distilled water of 1:8-12 and bathing the same for 8-12 minutes; and vacuum freeze-drying the primarily and secondarily separated supernatant.
