PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material having improved feeding properties in a molten molding material using an EVOH resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a molding material that is an EVOH resin pellet group having an approximately circular or elliptical cross section, and is a pellet mixture containing a first EVOH resin pellet (pellet 1) having an ethylene unit content of 20-34 mol% and a second EVOH resin pellet (pellet 2) having an ethylene unit content of 35-60 mol%. A difference of the contents between the first EVOH resin pellet and the second EVOH resin pellet is 10-30 mol%.
