PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture correction tool which improves sagging in a face due to deterioration of myodynamia of a face and a body by training necessary muscles.SOLUTION: A posture correction tool 100 includes: a muscle condition acquisition unit 110 which, in a state where the posture correction tool 100 is mounted in a predetermined position in a body, acquires a condition of muscles; an action determination unit 130 which determines muscle stimulation to be imparted so as to promote retention of a predetermined posture by a body itself based on the acquired condition of the muscles; and a muscle stimulation unit 140 which imparts the determined muscle stimulation. The muscle condition acquisition unit acquires the condition of the muscle via skin in a state of being in contact with the skin, and the muscle stimulation unit imparts muscle stimulation to the body via the skin in a state of being in contact with the skin of the body. |
