1. A protein of any one selected from the group consisting of (a) to (c) shown below:
(a) a protein which consists of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) a protein which consists of an amino acid sequence with deletion, substitution, insertion and/or addition of 1 to 7 amino acids in the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 and which has the activity to add a sugar molecule(s) to —OR1 at the 13-position and —COOR2 at the 19-position of a compound represented by the following formula (I); and (c) a protein which has an amino acid sequence sharing a sequence identity of 99% or more with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 and which has the activity to add a sugar molecule(s) to —OR1 at the 13-position and —COOR2 at the 19-position of a compound represented by the following formula (I) (wherein R1 represents H, a glucose monomer or a glucose dimer, and R2 represents H or a glucose monomer). |
