<p>In the present invention, work progress status is accurately ascertained, even when reworking with no change in the number of constituent elements occurs, for work for editing a certain file. A feature amount vector that is numerical information is extracted from an operation log file that is in the midst of editing a file, and a work progress level is calculated on the basis of a file editor operation trend accumulated for each type of work. In addition, when the file editing work ends, the file editor operation trend is updated from the feature amount obtained up to that point.
