PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of parallax calculation in a stereo image.SOLUTION: A parallax calculation unit 730 that generates a parallax image on the basis of a stereo image photographed by a stereo camera includes: association means (732) that associates distance information to an irradiation position of a laser beam obtained from reflection light of the laser beam irradiated toward a photographing direction of the stereo camera with a first pixel at the irradiation position of the laser beam within a first image constituting the stereo image; and means (732, 733) that generates the parallax image by using the distance information associated with the first pixel in parallax calculation of a pixel within a second image constituting the stereo image.
