PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device which comprises first and second binding processing parts, and which prevents a sheet from being broken or damaged and hardly causes device failures, when a common binding processor is automatically and positionally moved to binding positions of both the processing parts.SOLUTION: A binding processing unit is arranged movably between first and second sheet loading parts 12 and 25a. Regulation means for preventing insertion of a sheet into a front of the binding processing unit when the binding processing unit is not located in a binding position is provided.
