<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator which can prevent exposure of a water storage part to a high-temperature state due to boiling without water.SOLUTION: When an operation stop signal is outputted after the start of driving a mist generator by operating an operation switch 56, switching means 63 switches a heater 9 or the like to an off state and after the elapse of a prescribed period of time, a drain valve 13 is released. Therefore, even if switching to an off state upon output of the operation stop signal is impossible due to a trouble of the switching means 63 in the heater 9, a thermostat 45 is activated to release the drain valve 13 after the elapse of a prescribed period of time to ensure the temperature rises to a hot-water temperature at which the heater 9 stops from being driven, thereby a water storage part 6 cannot be continuously exposed to a high-temperature state while being boiled without water and thus the effect of heat on each component which constitutes the mist generator can be minimized.</p> |
