<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and simple positioning mechanism capable of precisely performing the positioning in axial directions.SOLUTION: The positioning mechanism includes: a base portion; a drive body provided movably in axial directions with respect to the base portion; and a movable portion connected to the base portion via an elastic body, and provided movably in the axial directions. The movable portion is located at a vibration center where force received from the drive body and force received from the base portion through the elastic body balance with each other. Additionally, the positioning mechanism includes: a first movable part provided movably along a first axis; a second movable part to be moved along a second axis crossing the first axis, by transmission of displacement of the first movable part; and a third movable part (the movable portion) provided so as to be movable in conjunction with the first movable part or the second movable part. The third movable part moves along the first axis in a first connection state of being connected to the first movable part, and moves along the second axis in a second connection state of being connected to the second movable part.</p> |
