Disclosed is an organic EL display panel inspection method for inspecting luminance variance of a display panel wherein pixels are disposed in matrix, each of said pixels having an organic EL element and a drive element included therein. The method includes: a step (S10) for opening a shutter of a camera in a state wherein all the pixels of the display panel are turned off; a step (S20) for turning on all the pixels after the shutter is fully opened; a step (S40) for, after a predetermined time after the step (S20), turning off all the pixels; a step (S50) for, after the step (S40), closing the shutter in a state wherein all the pixels of the display panel are turned off; and a step for obtaining a luminance value of each of all the pixels on the basis of data of images picked up by means of the camera during a period of time from the step (S10) to the step (S50). |
