<p>An actuator comprising an actuating part, a motor arranged to drive the actuating part, a first connection and a second connection, e.g. in the form of communication connections, allowing the actuator to be connected to one or more further components, in such a manner that the actuator is capable of forwarding and/or receiving control signals and/or sensor signals to/from said further component(s). The further components may be valves, such as three way valves. The actuator further comprises a third connection, in the form of an analogue connection, allowing the actuator to receive analogue inputs and/or to transmit analogue outputs.</p> |
