Disclosed are a data processing method, communication device and system. The method comprises: a communication device uses an unlicensed spectrum resource and transmits data packets to a receiving node via a hybrid automatic repeat process; the communication device determines that the unlicensed spectrum resource is unavailable and that unsuccessfully-transmitted data packets are found in the hybrid automatic repeat process; and, the communication device triggers an automatic repeat for the unsuccessfully-transmitted data packets. The method, communication device and system of embodiments of the present invention allow for timely and effective transmission of data when an unlicensed spectrum resource is unavailable. |
