Embodiments of the present invention provide an interaction method of reason information, an apparatus and a communication system, wherein interaction method comprises: sending a message under a wireless access network sharing mechanism, wherein the message represents that an initiation reason is related to one or multiple operators. Through the embodiments of the present invention, inconsistency in understanding between base stations can be prevented from occurring and a problem of incorrectly parsing the reason information can be avoided.
