The present invention relates to novel Schisandra chinensis jelly having collagen added therein and a method for producing the same. A reaction surface analysis design for searching an optimal combination ration of Schisandra chinensis jelly is designed, and Schisandra chinensis jelly is produced. Physiochemical properties, color, texture, and functions of the Schisandra chinensis jelly are inspected, and then the most preferable agar, sugar, and collagen concentrations of Schisandra chinensis jelly have been confirmed. The Schisandra chinensis jelly having collagen added therein of the present invention has improved values in terms of nutritionally, functionality, and quality, and a used degree of Schisandra chinensis can be maximized. |
