The present invention relates to a sag measurement apparatus for the fuel channel of a heave water reactor. It includes a horizontal beam which is inserted into a fuel pipe, moves along the axial direction of the fuel pipe, and maintains the balance of the fuel pipe, a vertical beam which is hinged with the upper part of the center part of the horizontal beam and heads for the gravity direction due to a lower weight, a fixing gear of which center is fixed to the hinge of the horizontal beam and the vertical beam, and a resolver which detects the sag angle of the fuel pipe with the rotation angle of the resolver coupled with the fixing gear. The present invention facilitates treatment by reducing the weight and size of a device. It can accurately measure sag level even through scratch exists on the inside of the fuel pipe.
