PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for increasing interest in a game which includes control means for executing a variable display game for variably displaying a plurality of pieces of identification information in a display device due to the establishment of a prescribed condition, and generating a special game state advantageous to a player in the case that a result of the variable display game is a special result.SOLUTION: The game machine includes an operation part (performance button 25) for generating an operation signal by an operation of a player, character selection means (performance control device) for selecting one character for performance from a plurality of characters for performance on the basis of the operation signal, and character setting means (performance control device) for performing one-to-one association of the plurality of pieces of identification information and the plurality of characters for performance for display. The character setting means associates the selected character for performance with specific identification information constituting a special result more advantageous to the player and continuously displays the character for performance set in the specific identification information in a portion of a display screen of the display device even during a variable display game. |
