Disclosed are an ultrasonic wave imaging apparatus and a focus visualization method using the same. The ultrasonic wave imaging apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transducer for treatment, which transmits a high-intensity ultrasonic wave for pre-targeting, which has a value less than a predetermined output value, to an object before transmitting a high-intensity ultrasonic wave for treatment to the object; an imaging transducer which is synchronized with the transducer for the treatment and receives a high-intensity ultrasonic wave reflection signal returning from the object; and an image processing unit for disassembling the high-intensity ultrasonic wave reflection signal into basic frequency signals and harmonic signals by analyzing the frequency of the high-intensity ultrasonic wave reflection signal, and then performing signal processing on each of the disassembled harmonic signals in consideration of the size of the basic frequency signals, thereby generating a pre-targeting imaging picture having a visualized focus. |
