The present invention relates to a database that contains more accurate information about targets identifiable in a radar, the invention comprising: an input unit for receiving at least one indirect information corresponding to an actual weapon system and for adjusting a scale of the inputted indirect information to a size corresponding to the actual weapon system; a modeling unit for generating a three-dimensional model corresponding to the actual weapon system by using at least one indirect information the scale of which is adjusted; an estimating unit for estimating information relating to radio wave reflection characteristics corresponding to geometric features attributable to the three-dimensional model; a scattering point obtaining unit for obtaining information of at least one scattering point in the three-dimensional model by using the radio wave reflection characteristics of the estimated three-dimensional model; and a database building unit for generating target identifying information of the actual weapon system by collecting information of each scatting point and for incorporating the information to the data base.
