REFERENCE VOLTAGE CIRCUIT

Provided is a reference voltage circuit which can output a reference voltage with good temperature properties. The reference voltage circuit includes: a first constant current circuit; a first conductivity type first transistor which has a source connected to the first constant current circuit and operates as a first source follower; a second constant current circuit; and a second conductivity type second transistor which has a gate connected to the source of the first transistor and a source connected to the second constant current circuit, and operates as a second source follower. The reference voltage circuit outputs a reference voltage from the source of the second transistor.
