A garment removal tool 1 comprises an elongate body 3 with a gripping end 2 and an end for insertion between the skin of the wearer and a garment. Pair of rods 6 extend from the gripping end to the end for insertion such that they are adjacent to the length of elongate body. The rods are attached at the gripping end, free at the insertion end and taper outwardly from and below the plane of the elongate body. The rods may have angled portions 14, 15, be flexible and have rubber or plastic end caps 7. The insertion end can be formed in the shape of a tongue which broadens into a rounded paddle shape 4. In use, the tool may be used to remove socks, stockings, leggings, wetsuits and dry suits that may be difficult to remove from the lower leg and/or foot. |
