<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station capable of distributing high quality multicast data and achieving efficient use of radio resources. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless base station used for multicast data distribution service, which distributes multicast data to a plurality of terminal devices, comprises: a connection establishment section 20 for establishing connection with each of the terminal devices; a table storage section 21 for storing a table which contains correspondence between IP addresses added to multicast data packets and connection IDs for identifying connections; a wired communication section 22 for receiving multicast data packets; a connection ID extraction section 23 for extracting from the table connection IDs associated with an IP address of a received packet; and a wireless communication section 24 for unicasting the packet to each of the terminal devices over the respective connections identified by the extracted connection IDs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
