The present invention relates to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker. More particularly, the present invention relates to an interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker which prevents a jam due to the friction between an interlock guide and an interlock plate in withdrawing the cradle of a vacuum circuit breaker. An interlock device of a vacuum circuit breaker according to the present invention includes the interlock pin of a locking interlock assembly which vertically moves according to the movement of a carter part; an interlock plate which is installed to the lower part of the vacuum circuit breaker and vertically moves according to the vertical motion of the interlock pin; and an interlock guide which rotatably touches the side plate of the interlock plate and guides the vertical motion of the interlock plate.
