An indoor lighting apparatus installed in a first space according to one embodiment, comprises: a light emitting unit; a storage unit for storing information of driving conditions of the light emitting unit in accordance with an operating state of a mobile terminal; a wireless communications unit for communicating wirelessly with the mobile terminal; and a control unit for determining whether the mobile terminal is located in the first space and if the mobile terminal is located in the first space, determining the driving conditions of the light emitting unit by using the information stored in the storage unit. |
