The present invention relates to a battery pack with a single frame structure. More particularly, the present invention provides a battery pack which includes: a flat battery cell which has electrode terminals on an upper end, and is chargeable and dischargeable; a protection circuit module (PCB) which is installed on the upper end of the battery cell while being electrically connected to the electrode terminals; and a pack frame into which the battery cell and the PCM are inserted in order to surround the battery cell and the outer surface of the PCM mounted on the battery cell.
