The present invention relates to a jig and a method for checking an adhesion of laser welding comprising: a body part arranged between the lower end of a laser welding device irradiating a laser beam and a base material for laser welding; and an adhering part protruding from the body part toward the base material, whose lower surface adheres to the base material to press the base material in a vertical direction and have through holes through which a laser beam is irradiated to the base material by the laser welding device, wherein the lower surface of the adhering part has a checking member protruding from the lower surface. According to the present invention, as the adhering jig adheres to the base material, how strong the adhering jig adheres to the base material can be determined by checking the intaglio formed on the base material by the checking member on the adhering jig. Accordingly, problems such as the occurrence of a gap between an adhering jig and a base material and a welding defect due to poor adhesion can be prevented.
